Good food and even with inflation raging, a good price. Plus it’s fun that It went from the name Sally’s Back to the old name of the Pink Elephant, what a blast from the past. This is a establishment that gets all the basics right. Good simple food that is appreciated by the locals and from driving by last Saturday the tourists appreciate the restaurant too. The staff often handles the high stress with grace and humor during the busy times and that is a rare and valuable talent few people have! A much appreciated and historic emotional touchstone for several generations of Oceana County residents!

Stopped by on a Sunday morning. We were seated right away and had friendly service the entire time. The pancakes truly are worth the visit. We mocked them at first but once you bite into them they were packed with chocolate chips. The 2 and 8 year Olds loved the restaurant and food.

Was recommended by a local resident. I had the country fried steak and eggs. The sausage gravy had amazing flavor. Big portions and definitely priced well. Service was friendly and you didn’t need for anything as they continually came around and checked on you. We had a bit of a wait due to an event going on in the area, but it was well worth the wait. Would definitely return and highly recommend to all my friends.

The pancakes!! So good. We were in town on vacation and heard about the pancakes, so we decided to make a stop. 100% worth it. The service was great, we received our food quickly and the waitresses were great with our kids. We will definitely return whenever we’re in the area.

We had a great experience. The staff all work together to do everything. The food was great. I had the sausage gravy scramble? I think that’s basically what it was. It was really good. It was busy and we waited but not long on a Sunday. Group of 5. Just a little warm inside but otherwise we enjoyed it.

We are at the pink elephant 3 times while camping at silver lake and the food was delicious. The manager was super nice and the wait staff was beyond nice and very efficient. I highly recommend the pink elephant!

The staff here is really great! Food pretty average for a diner. No complaints. Decor could use updating. The worst was the bathroom and uneven floors. Very hard to find/access bathroom and a heavy person would be challenged. The uneven floors are a trip hazard. The great people working there were very good at reminding about it.
