So I ordered a supreme pizza and got a hot and ready pep with couple strings of bell pepper maybe 1 olive and some onion. Not sure what I paid for here but very disappointing. We go here all the time but obviously quality is going down hill

Tried to get a quick pizza for dinner so we ordered through the app on the way there. The app notified me that the pizza was ready but the warmer was empty. We waited another 10-15 mins before asking the cashier if the order was ready. It was sitting on a table in the back. The employee assembling the pizzas was fiddling with their headphones in between toppings without washing their hands.

Was really impressed with the excellent customer service that Jalissa provided. I briefly explained to Jalissa how other little caesars locations have let me down on food quality. I ordered an extra most bestest and the pizza was fresh, made right and was only like a 10 minute wait. I really hope the owner of this franchise takes note that good employees like Jalissa can really effect the the customer base. This location is my new go to pizzas spot!

I was sold ready made food that was already gone stale, it was a bit before closing so I couldn’t call in the same night. I called in the morning to the manager and they told me that it is a food hazard to leave the pizza out for an hour then hung up on me.

Literally everytime we go there’s no pizzas made and they say it’ll be like a 20 minute wait. When there’s already a bunch of pizzas in the heating racks but they say they’re already for other people. Like to me that sounds like a bunch of lies.
