As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Checkers is not a fast food restaurant you go to expecting high quality. But I find that when you want fries that taste better than 90% of other fast food restaurants and food that will satisfy that immediate hunger and not leaving you feeling terrible that Checkers is the place to go.

The new AI robot at the drive through is lousy and couldn’t get my order right. However, the cashier at the actual counter was able to correct the order. The food was hot and good. I’d rather be helped by an actual person instead of a dumb robot that can’t take an order correctly!

Normally have a very good experience while coming through the drive through. Today, I ordered two double mushroom Swiss burgers and a small fry. Instead I got some kind of Combo with a hamburger and and double cheeseburger. My receipt even says, 2 double mushroom Swiss burgers

Usually I always have a great experience here. However, today I went there, ordered a eight-piece chicken tenders and a three-piece chicken tenders. Was told I had to wait because there was not enough made which was no problem. 10 minutes later I was given my food where the fries were all extremely hot. However, the tenders were all burnt dark hard as a rock and inedible spending the next 45 minutes trying to call the restaurant to continuously not get answered. Very disappointed.
