I have been to this Five Guys locations for myself as well as pick up door dash orders for my customers. The staff here is always helpful, and kind with a smile on their face. Food being well prepared and portioned. Specifically on young gentleman named Chine was very helpful, able to answer multiple questions from multiple customers while maintaining work flow and a smile. Will definitely be dining here again, thanks guys!!

Delivery drivers: you will lose money accepting orders from this place. They are criminally understaffed and take ages to prepare online orders. All three times I’ve accepted orders here, I’ve had to cancel after waiting over 10 minutes. There will not be a fourth time.

I don’t understand this place’s online ordering system. You place an order. You then have to tell them you’re there by clicking a link. Then you need to tell them you’re there in person. Then it takes 10+ minutes to get your order because they don’t have fries ready or some other reason.

I hadn’t been in that part of Portland and I don’t remember when and the staff at the store were extremely friendly and nice. The area is a little bit rundown but the store is good and the area just is what it is it’s not bad but here as in other places there are the occasional people wandering around somewhat listlessly.

The wait was extremely long .. the burgers were made incorrectly and we did not know that until we were already home. We tried to call to see if we could get them corrected was unable to reach them. The fries were soggy and overly salted- disgusting!!! Because we are a few miles away we did not feel like driving back and waiting forever for them to correct the order.. we where hungry and just ate around what we had. oh and one of the burgers was cold and the other was hot enough.. such inconsistency .. anyway .. i think we will not be back.

They are known for their huge portions of fries – a cup in the cup and a cup in the bag. That’s what you would get. They have gotten stingy. Regular fry was barely a full cup for $4.59. My onions were not grilled as requested. My milkshake was the wrong flavor. Very disappointed.
