Awesome, cozy ramen spot that blows away much pricier local competition. Great attention to detail and service. You can feel the pride of ownership. Simple food done right. Extremely fair prices, great ingredients, beautiful presentation and plating. The staff was very quick and attentive.

We stopped by at 6:30 on a Sunday night. We ordered karage fried chicken, chashu rice bowl, tako yaki, and ramen with chicken broth. The chashu bowl arrived first. The pork is cut quite thin and charred a bit. The taste is excellent and there is a slightly sweet and salty sauce in the rice. Next came the chicken which was a very large portion for the price. In fact, all of these dishes were round $7, which is a great deal. The chicken was white meat cut thin and fried with a very light crust. You miss some of the juicyness of a full breast, but the flavor is still there and the slightly sour sauce compliments it well. We also had the tako yaki octopus balls. These could have used just a dab more sauce, but the texture and flavor were still great. There was one piece of octupus hidden in each ball. The ramen had a light chicken broth with a savory, salty, and slightly sweet taste. The noodles were a little chewy as they should be. No complaints about the bean sprouts or bamboo. The chashu pork in this lacked the depth of flavor I’ve had at other ramen spots. It is thinner cut and lacks the umami to make it the perfect bite, but it is still quite good. Overall, I would highly recommend this spot for its unique dishes and flavors as well as great value.

Best Ramen I’ve had outside of Japan! The takoyaki could compete with Osaka’s street stands too. Great atmosphere as well.

The ramen broth is bland. It has little flavor. I tasted watery. There are better ramen places in town.

I have been obsessed with the pork belly bowl since a coworker randomly bought me one almost two years ago. It’s so comforting, simple, and delicious. I’ve eaten other menu dishes, which I also enjoyed, but this is my personal favorite. I’ve never been disappointed with the food or the staff, everything has been great! Sometimes it can get very busy, so be aware. It’s totally worth the wait, though!

I’ve now been here a handful of times and the first time wasn’t super spot on, but that was just a few weeks after they had opened.

It’s our first time to try this restaurant. We had Shumai and gyoza for the appetizers, which were really good and filling. It was a little big serving for an appetizers, so I was kind of half full when I had the ramen. I ordered thr shoyu ramen with additional nori anf boiled egg and my husband had the spicy pork belly bowl. The broth was ok, average, I would say. The serving size is just about right. The price is less than I expected. The overall service was good. Store is clean. I would still recommend it.

Yes!! I love ramen and this place hit the spot! I got the Tonkotsu (without the pickled ginger but I think I’m going to get it with the ginger next time, I got to try it on the side with the fried rice and it is like a kinda spicy tasting carrotish flavor, cut thin) I also added corn and an egg which it should of came with!! That’s my only reason for the 4 star. How are you going to try to serve me Tonkotus without corn! And you charge me extra We live in Nebraska lol Kara-agi a fried chicken with taste like soy thick sauce was so yum yum and fried rice smells as good as it tastes. Small inside not fancy or decorative just good food

A nice small ramen restaurant that offers delicious food. There was virtually no wait time, and we were able to be in and out quickly. The menu seemed a little small, but it is not a huge place. The service was excellent, and the food was amazing. You’re able to see the kitchen from anywhere you sit, and watching the food being prepared was neat.
