I order with this Domino’s relatively often for work parties and am always pleased with the pizzas and service. I went in for a pickup order for the first time at this store and was very impressed with the speed of service and the “human connection” side of service. I believe the manager was who rang me up, and he was super nice, chatty (in a GOOD way!) and I was overall very happy with my lunch! Thanks so much!!

We order from Domino’s on State Street about once every two weeks. We use both Delivery and Pick up. Both can be kind of slow, depending on driver availability, but there is no real excuse for slow pick up as they tell you when your order is ready. The quality of the pizza is usually really good…an occasional miss, especially if within half an hour of closing. We enjoy the boneless chicken wings (more meat for the bucks) with no sauce. The sauces are ok but can be a little overwhelming…too much, slippery…? Anyway, Domino’s prices are more reasonable than others, and there are always coupons to use but, but the choices don’t seem to change much. Points toward a free pizza is also a plus. So, nothing very fancy, but our “go to” for delivery pizza.

I’ve never had problems with this Domino’s except they are skimpy on the toppings especially on any pizza with chicken or steak on it. They charge extra if you want chicken or steak like $2.00 more and you’re lucky if you get a piece of chicken or steak per slice let alone two pieces.

We ordered an extra large pepperoni and we got an extra large cheese. We called to complain and they said because it was ordered online, they couldn’t do anything about it. This is so not right, they tell people to order online, THEY mess up and THEY won’t make it right! Whatever you do…don’t order online, if THEY mess your order up, THEY won’t fix it.
