I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door. Every employee stopped and greeted me like the old days of Waffle House! I haven’t had that in years! My family has always patronized Waffle House and this took me back to my childhood. It was not an act either. Everyone was so kind to me the entire time that I was there. Every customer was treated with so much care and kindness. My server was the only guy waiter (sorry I forgot his name) it was last Sunday, February 28, 2022. My food showed up fast and cooked to perfection especially my hash browns. My hash browns have been overcooked for years so I just mask it with ketchup and mustard. Not this time! I am going to bring my parents and daughter here soon. We all love Waffle House but slowed down our patronage due to terrible customer service over the years. I love this place! They sure restored my love and affection for Waffle House!
