This has to be the worst Mountain Mike’s. I ordered for pick up. Got there early still waited 30 minutes pizza was cold and hard as a rock, wings were barely sauced and cheese bread burnt when asked for manager the lady said they left. When asked for corporate office to complain the person upfront said they don’t know it. I called store when I got home and put on hold then they hung up.

This place was a staple for our family. Recently, though coupons have changed to where it really isn’t much of a deal. Usually we go for delivery, but seeing as how I was already paying more with these new coupons, this time I chose to pickup. That did it for me. This place leaves lots to be desired when it comes to cleanliness. Upon arrival, it was evident they had an issue with their bathrooms because along the parking lot, they had sewage seeping out of the main sewage line. Then I walked in and had to wait an addition 30 minutes for a pickup I was right on time for. I was told it would be 10 minutes. Well, the wait gave me time to observe the inside of this food serving establishment. The tile was filthy. The carpet, however, was repulsive. The ceiling was all patched up, and it just isn’t an environment where I’d take pleasure eating. I wonder what the kitchen looks like, but then again, maybe I don’t want to know.

I really wanted to love this restaurant, sadly my order of chicken wings was cold from the center and the sauce was merely drizzled on top not fully coated. The pizza was warm/cold and I had to microwave each individual slice in order to enjoy them.

I placed on order online at 1:29 PM, I was told I was expected to wait 40 minutes for delivery. At 2:20, I had still not received my order. I called the location where the person who answered the phone couldn’t even find my order at first, then proceeded to tell me the driver was going to leave in 5 minutes and I should expect it in 20 minutes. So I’m waiting over 1 hour and 30 minutes for basic pizza? I have no idea who the new owners are of this location, but they couldn’t care less about how it’s run. This is also a franchise so we can’t expect the company to care at all, despite a negative review. One less customer won’t mean anything to them. All they want is money.

I went to pick up my carry out order an hour after I placed the order and they hadn’t even started on preparing the additional items in my order. They didn’t appear to be busy either. Lame. Prob won’t come here anymore for overpriced pizza and terrible service.

Tried their buffet today. With a drink its $15.xx and $12.xx w/o. To be honest… not worth the money. Pizza was ok I guess but very limited on selection (pepperoni, veggie, Hawaiian). Salad had limited topings available (back row of bins intentionally left empty). Lettuce was clean and fresh though. Cheesy bread was decent. The lady working said they average 3 people a day for the buffet so she doesn’t like putting much out. This sucks for the consumer since they are not getting much for the $.
