My family loved the old Julio’s. We went to the new location on Dodge and it tasted the same. However, we found out that location closed so we went to the Q restaurant. The space looks nice, and plenty of booths! Everyone was nice and helpful.

First time here, and I have to say the food was a bit disappointing. Food was lacking flavor and pretty much just blah. Hubby and I ordered a different dish so we could try both, but each definitely needed more seasoning. Service was great, and it’s a super cute place, but we won’t be coming back anytime soon. Steak burrito and the 3 enchiladas Mexican flag.

I loved the music! And our nachos was 5/5☆ Our server was really awkward and seated us so awkwardly. I don’t know if we will return based on this service alone.

Great place! The food was the same as the original Julio’s! Our server was Ben and he did an excellent job showing good knowledge and timing our appetizer and meals perfectly.

$20 for nachos should tell you something. You’d expect it to be spectacular right? Not even mediocre. My enchiladas were lacking seasoning. The food does not live up to the price or hype.

So yummy! Great atmosphere, excellent service, delicious Tex mex food. Portions are huge so plan accordingly. Really enjoyed the frozen margarita too.

Decent food way over priced 20 for two tacos some plates are more. Split taco order that came with two stake tacos with my wife had a total of 3 colors lights. Bill was 50 bucks. 9 dollars for a teaspoon of bean dip. Crazy expensive for average Mexican food. Nice decor and a up scale look. Friendly pleasant waitress. We were only customers the whole hour and a half there.

Waited a month to visit in hopes of ironing kinks we had heard there were. Unfortunately, experience wasn’t great. We sat on the patio and got chips salsa quickly (half corn half fried flour). This was the best part of the time there. We requested all corn and never got them. We ordered the black bean stogies appetizer, which looked great but was over cooked with burnt tortilla and lots of hard bean bites. We never got plates for our appetizer, silverware, or napkins. Thank goodness we had our own wipes which we used to wipe down the table and our hands.

It was our first time back since the reopening. Our server, Shawna, was fantastic and our food was delicious. We found out they are doing take out now so we’ll be doing that soon.

Wife and I were excited to try Julio’s again, but we immediately noticed the menu lacked a few favorites of the past. Chips and salsa were OK, complimentary so can’t complain. Ordered a beer which took too long to get. Server stated she couldn’t find the bartender. When it arrived it tasted very flat. We both ordered enchilada entrees which arrived in a timely manner. Problem was they weren’t hot, not cold but less than warm. They definitely didn’t come from the kitchen like they should have. Had to have been sitting way too long. Restaurant wasn’t that busy, it was a Tuesday evening. We didn’t complain, could have but we’re not the complaining type. Maybe the owners/management would prefer we did vs a bad review? Anyway we took most of it home and after a few minutes in the microwave it was good. After tax and tip the bill was $45, way more than we’ve spent at other Mexican restaurants for 2 combination plates and a beer. Server was great, but doubtful we’ll be back. Too many other choices.
