Service was slow inside. Waited 20 minutes to order and get our food. Orders were wrong in drive thru making things have to be redone. Very disappointed in this location. We were late for our event we were trying to get to. Food we got was wrong and had to be remade as well.

I have tried this taco bell so many times since my bf works in the area and I often take him food. They constantly get our orders wrong if that isn’t a problem then they are closed other than for pick up orders or they have so many pick up orders they tell you to come back later. If this stuff didn’t happen often then I would rate higher but for some reason there is almost always a problem

If I could give zero for service I would. This place is a joke, don’t waste your time placing a mobile order because you’ll end up waiting 40 minutes as they help other people & they constantly don’t give sauces/side orders of sauce.

Was here last night from 9:15 -9:45 . To start off there was no one in line when I pulled in . I hoped out of my car about to head in to grab my pickup order that was already done . One of the workers was locking at door extremely early which is whatever because the lady told me to get my food through the drive through because she said it was done . I hoped in my car and pulled through the drive thru . To only get someone who thought I was playing a game when telling him my order was in there . Kept making fun of me because I was get aggravated because he kept telling me my wasn’t in there and kept calling me by different names after I told him repeatedly what my name is and how it was spelled. I sat at the mic for 15 minutes until he found my order. To only wait another 35 minutes for food . Then to only get home and have them short me on meat for my Crunchwrap . DONT GO HERE !! . Needs to be closed down . They get paid $17-$18 an hour and you can’t make a taco

This location was not taking orders 2 hours before they closed because their truck was dropping off an order. I’ve been irked in the food industry and fast food industry for YEARS and this is an absolute inexcusable reason to refuse orders. Absolutely disgraceful and disappointing.

They close the dine in, the drive thru is 9’ limit, so if you’re in a tall service vehicle they won’t allow you to order. Not even walking up. No respect for working people. 0/10 do not recommend.
