This is our go to place for soul food,today however was an absolute disaster,fathers day! These ribs are awful! Seems as if they used wayyyy more bbq sauce to cover up bad meat..I just hope we don’t get sick, there was like 14 fries! Haha..we will be returning it tomorrow, hope they fix this mess

I just paid $17.98 for the pepper steak with rice. The people were nice enough but the food is nasty and not worth it. It’s like bad Chinese food no soul in this. So disappointed! I chose to spend 20$ but that’s the last $ I’ll ever spend there. Please step it up if you want repeat customers bc this was not it!!! Not even a drink to muster this food down.

By far FIVE STAR…. Take out soul food with a reasonable price ain’t nobody doing soul food like them In Milwaukee in-less ur eating at grannies lbvs. I think that you can judge a restaurant by its utensils lol because I feel like if a restaurant does not skimp on the price for the utensils then they’re probably not doing that with the food either. And that was my experience here and utensils were sturdy in the food was even sturdier if that’s even a word. Nice portions sizes as well… definitely a must try.
