The store and the service was great….much better than where I live on the south end of Lansing…the place was clean, and the workers were professional and (unlike where I live) didn’t seem put out by serving me. And I’m sure it’s likely that other menu items were just fine, but the new product–the dipping taco I got–wad kinda sparce and void of any filling it seems, more like a plain shell filled with some melted cheese and stuff to dip it in, which I do not necessarily hold against this restaurant.

Ive been through there twice today to pickup orders. The first time Morgan was the cashier, and forgot half my order. Morgan was visibly high, and this seems to be an ongoing issue whenever Morgan is working.

I don’t do fast food often and hadn’t been to TB in years but my wife was up for a late TB snack so we took our dog there and ate outside as they have several tables in front with most having umbrellas. All was good except I was surprised that with 2 drinks, 4 tacos, one pintos and cheese, that the bill would be just shy of $20.

SLOW DOWN just a bit and be sure each Taco has all the toppings – consistency is key! One taco had twenty tomatoes, the other had two. One side of one taco was a mouth FULL of sour cream, the other side of the taco had NONE. one taco had literally two shreds of lettuce , another had the normal amount. I can’t remake the tacos in my car, and I don’t have a knife handy to try and spread out the sour cream. These kids working are GREAT KIDS- just slow down a tiny bit and LOOK at each taco as you make it to be sure your topping quantities and overall quality is good. Looking forward to better tacos next time!

We asked for a crunch wrap with no cheese or sauce and they informed us they were out of hash browns which I thought was no big deal since I didn’t think they would resort to giving us a tortilla with just bacon in it. Like for real one of the crunch wraps just had bacon in it and a minuscule at that. The other one also has a very small amount of eggs and sausage on it. Needless to say we were very disappointed in our service here and that they had the Audacity to charge us 4.29 per Crunchwrap for literally a taco shell and bacon. I also tried to call to rectify the situation but no one answered.

The late night staff here are very considerate and giving 100% despite being short staffed. Some of our order was missing, and when we pulled back around they were extremely apologetic and remedied the situation instantly- and provided us with a free item! Overall this location does a great job and values customer satisfaction!

Ordered and paid .69¢ for jalapenos to be added and got 2 slices on my burrito. It seems all the products are half the size they used to be. Also, no napkins in my drive thru order. I love Taco Bell and this location disappointed me!

The last two times we have went to this Taco Bell my fiancé and I both have ordered the cheesy Gordita crunch with extra sauce and neither one of those times did we get extra sauce. This time there was hardly any meat on them. For the price they charge for this specific taco and up charge for extra sauce when they never put extra sauce on them and hardly any meat doesn’t make me want to go here in the future. Also tonight there was pieces of chicken in my Doritos taco that was suppose to be beef.

Pretty good food for a fast food restaurant. I tried to use their kiosk, but it would not accept my credit cards. The order taker transferred my order to a different system to get it to process. Neither did their phone app work. At 4:00 in the afternoon the app wouldn’t take the order because it said that the store was closing.
