Ordered the sweet onion teriyaki pro that is listed with two times the cheese on the menu. The girl making my sandwich put only one piece of cheese and I asked her to make the sandwich with 2x the cheese like the menu describes. The employee said she has to charge me more for the cheese. I asked her why the menu says 2X times the cheese and she responds “We used to do that but now we have to charge”. Is this subway that cheap and can’t stick to the menu and make the sandwiches as described? I know this is a small thing but the girl had an awful attitude when I asked her about it and the other subway in Firestone by Safeway does not do this.

I thought I was done with Subway before, but this experience confirmed it. We will never be back. Condescending workers, place looked dirty and $10.11 for “12 inches” of bread and about 5ish slices of thinly sliced meat …. RIPOFF. Never again. There is more I’d like to say, but don’t have time or energy to type it out. If I could, 0 stars.

Last 4 times I’ve been here they were out of herb and cheese bread, 3 out of 4 they were out of meatballs, today they were out of tomatoes. Kids behind the counter are great, courteous, friendly and quick. Management on the other hand seems to have gone down hill. Will be driving to a different subway in the future.

Had a very bittersweet visit today. This store only had one employee working. I forgot to get the gentleman’s name, but he is awesome. Very polite and apologetic for something that was not his fault. Sir, I hope your store mangers see this (maybe you are one). You deserve a pat on the back and a raise. Thank you for being so kind under so much stress.

food was just awful. my food was cold and just looked terrible. thought if i took another bite i was gonna get food poisoning from it. hardly any steak on my sandwich. no stickers on my wrap either so it all just fell apart, awful don’t recommend this place. take the time to go to a different one.

Went to Subway on 1/28/22. Fell at the entrance. Manager offered me a cookie. Didn’t even ask if I was ok. Had a Hispanic man witness who was walking in at the same time. When I asked if the had salt to put at the entrance he said no however his Co worker said yes they did. I asked for the property managers number he couldn’t give it me, he’s. Said he would get my number so he would call me. It’s day 3, here I and left ankle injury, right wrist injury with swelling. Attorney time.
