the food used to be good… I been eating for several week and the meat is so, so salty. it was disappointed because the first time it was salty I let them know and 2nd time still salty they did not fix it…they lost a customer. 🙁

So disappointed in the location at Decatur and cactus, false advertisement and poor customer service as it’s 11 PM on a Thursday evening. Huge sign says they are open 24 hours. Drive-through is closed, interior lights are so on and there are three cooks inside the building plus one female cashiere but the doors are locked and they will not respond to phone calls or knocks on the door to find out if they will take our order. We’ve been trying to get their attention for the past 10 minutes. If you’re going to operate a business that clearly is known for being open 24 hours do not advertise with a blaring sign that states you’re open 24 hours!!

Although the food is is, typically, good, it’s a 50/50 shot on if the chicken will be dry or tender. Sometimes, they give great, quality food, and other times, the food is under-stuffed, underdressed, or under-seasoned. The rice always needs more salt, but when the food is good here, its good. Of course, our cravings are sometimes disappointed by a lower quality meal, but sometimes we’re rewarded with a good one. I just wish it was consistent in its quality.

Completely forgot 2 of my sons chicken tacos. We’re very quick to charge for them though and then when I go in with the receipt from 10 min ago(drive time) the guy is studying it like I’m lying about just waiting 20 min in the drive thru

Ordered the beef burrito combo. The beef in the burrito was waaaaaaaay to salty, like licking a salt lick. The refried beans were hard and crusty, like they sat there all day. The rice was actually pretty good.
