You guys not only gave me the wrong pizza – it was burned. I called a few times within minutes after delivery but no one would answer the phone. Now you are closed. I will be calling in the morning. I’m not sure what’s going on with the bad reviews here because our experience was great. We were starving Wednesday night after leaving our 5 night stay in Carolina Beach, spending the day in Southport and traveling up to Cherry Grove for a few nights. My husband placed an online order for pick up, it was ready and he was there and back with delicious fresh hot pizza in no time. He said store employees were very friendly. Our pizzas were some of the best we’ve had from Dominoes and we have a very good location near our house at home. The cinnamon knots were way larger and better than our location at home. Overall we were so impressed and pleased. It hit the spot with our family of 5 after a long day of travel.

Pizza was good but the wait on a Saturday evening in June was extreme. Waited around an hour for pickup after the pizza tracker estimated 10-15min. After getting the pizzas though everything was well made and tasty. I would try to order before you think you need to if your day 1 dinner plan is for pizza.

We ordered 3 pizzas here while on vacation, it was awful. I ordered extra cheese on 2 of them and if that’s what they call extra cheese I’d hate to see regular, or maybe it’s where it was so burtn that it didn’t look or taste like it. Hardly any sauce on the pizzas or again maybe because it was so burnt. I’ve had Dominos before and it’s always been good this is my first time ever having a bad experience with them. Either way we were hungry and it cost close to $40 so we ate it.

Don’t EVER order from this dominos. The worker answered our phone call with the most disrespectful tone. I’ve NEVER been so disrespected by a service worker ever. Before I could even ask my question she was popping off. For what? Made me feel bad for even reaching out and then CANCELED my order and didn’t refund me. Horrible and disgusting service on their end. Was hesitant to right this review because they probably don’t want you service anyway.

I’m a local and I come to the beach almost every weekend with my daughter to my mother’s house. They messed up on my order about 3 weeks ago so I called back and I spoke to David. He really hooked it up!!! Told me the next one was on him!! I ordered my pizza just now and even added a Sprite for my daughter and asked him if he could diver it and he said yes and I realized he didn’t even charge me for the sprite! awesome service by David!!!!

Our pizzas weren’t cooked I mean the dough was still raw. Contacted customer service for a full refund and no one ever reached out and that was 2 weeks ago. And they forgot some of our sodas. But the worst part was the pizza wasn’t edible at all and I’m pregnant so I could’ve gotten really sick.

The worst dominos I’ve ever dealt with. The app told me it would take 74-83 minutes to deliver my pizza when I placed the order. Ended up taking 3+ HOURS and I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone to cancel my order. Never again will I waste my money on this dominos. So wrong.
