I came here with my nephew today, and the prices were on the high end a cup of fruit for almost 7 dollars??? The gardien sandwhich and fries also had no flavor, and for the food to come to be almost 30 dollars, i would expect better for the zoo. The only nice associate was the girl taking orders . Women who checked me out were rude, and standoff ish wanted to pay before and I was going to tell her my order, and she said i had to wait till the food came out.. overall the view was beautiful but food is just not worth the prices wished they would offer combo meals considering they charge everything individually

It’s really expensive but that’s what I guess you can expect when you decide to eat the zoo. It really isn’t bad though. The Hamburgers are really good. And they have salads and fruit, desserts, fountain drinks. They serve booze here too and ice cream. Hot food and cold options. Then sit looking out over the jungle. You can watch the monkey’s playing or random birds fly by usually. I’d rather ear here then any if the other places at the zoo. And it’s more personalized. With condiments and what not.

A few things on the menu were unavailable.

If you want to eat and watch the monkeys, if you can get a window table, then you might enjoy this place. However, it is very expensive, and food choices are limited and not that good. You are better off eating before you go to the zoo or bring your own.

The food is mediocre. The service is incredibly slow. The prices were honestly outrageous. And the staff-only elevator and stairs are not well marked. The view over the Leid Jungle is pretty cool, though.

Cafeteria style order your food. Food is a bit pricey but good and well prepared. Atmosphere is a wonderful view of one of their jungle exhibits.

My family has been eating at the Treetop for 25 years. We will continue to do so. Great view of the Jungle, and if you are lucky, you will see a monkey or two.

They have Gluten free options! Was super happy about this. Had the Cheeseburger with gf bun and fries. I’m not Celiac, just gluten sensitive. No issues.

The views are amazing. You can sit by the window and look into the rainforest exhibit. However, the food severely lacks. I had a burger with fries and a side of soup. The soup was BOILING hot which is great for the cold by bad for my tongue but it at least tasted decent. The burger on the other hand was dry and lacking any seasoning. It was also cold and just felt overcooked. Like they cook patties in bulk then leave it in a barely on warmer til its ordered. Fries were stale, no salt, and again pretty cold.

Standard zoo food not much to it besides that. The best part of this place is you can eat while looking at animals.
