The food quality is literally the best in the area for fast food burgers. The servers are seriously great, as well. The food comes prepared like it looks in their pictures. I wish I could remember the names of the people that served me here, because I would definitely mention them for their excellent service.

My son said it tasted like a Sonic Burger and Burger King fries. I’m not a big fan of Luke warm burgers without melted cheese. Of the blizzards on the way out in the drive thru was the high light of the trip.

Ordered 2 choc milk shakes 1 med Fri and a chili dog. Waiting in drive thru got to window was told to pull over they would “run” it out. Waited 8 min ( more like a slow crawl) received Luke warm chili on a ice cold hot dog. My guess is the chili was Luke warm because it had to thaw the frozen hot dog. There was maybe a dozen fries in the medium Fri and the milk shakes had to be eaten with a spoon (another words ice cream) After waiting 8 minutes for a frozen chili dog I wonder 1) how they can be considered “fast” food and 2) Given that the food was uneatable I think they should stop trying to sell anything other than Ice cream (as that is what they are known for). If they are unable to produce milk shakes and the grill obviously does not produce hot food, lord knows it wasn’t even Luke warm food, perhaps they can sell ice cream. We did get a refund on the $4.00 cold dog. Outrageous. Our mistake won’t go back.

Water shakes. NOT chocolate. Watery soda. Lacks both syrup and carbonation. Very cheap quality food for very expensive price. Baskets don’t come with drinks! I took photos but I don’t see anywhere to post. NEVER will I ever go to any DQ again. Terrible everywhere in the Sevierville area where I live. This one is by far the worst.

came through spent $36 dollars. got a 6pc chicken basket & a shrimp basket & 2 cupfections.. shrimp basket had Hardly any shrimp .. very little fries I know the shrimp basket alone is $10 if I’m gonna pay that much they better be a good amount. Check y’all’s food before you pull off! Especially if you order that shrimp basket
