What a bummer. I went with my 2 little girls to this location and over all the vibes were extremely off and weird. BUT WAIT THERES MORE… After ordering, I asked to use the restroom with my 2 little girls and there’s a code you need. Cool, I get the code, went in with my little girls and one of the employees didn’t bother to knock OR ask if anyone was in and opened the door with the code and there’s me wiping my daughter after using the restroom and her bottom area is exposed. What really got me was she didn’t apologize. She opens the door and just says “OH” I get maybe she felt awkward but come on. Imagine how I felt. I ended up saying sorry as if I did something wrong. This was the same girl that was just giving me really bad vibes while I was ordering. Honestly whole place was weird. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered 3 traditional pizzas for pickup. When I got home I noticed they were thin crust and they forgot to put pineapple on 2 of them. I called and spoke with Alicia who told me “We are out of pineapple, and when that happens we just don’t put any on”. Regarding the thin crust, she informed me she will speak with her manager and see if they can credit the fee to upgrade since I did not receive the product. After an hour and 37 minutes she called back and said the manager actually was the one who made our pizzas and that is how the NEW dough press makes traditional. I have just eaten at Pizza Rev a little over a week ago and had the traditional, I know thin crust when I see it. The slices are like little potato chips! If she is calling that traditional, then what does an even thinner pizza look like?? It is apparent the manager did not want to issue a refund for her mistake and would rather enforce her bad customer service on me. Now she had trained her associates that this is acceptable. Not going back.

UPDATE: I came back and one of the employees was making pizza without a hairnet or hat on. When I asked her if someone could make my pizza with a hat on she got mad and rolled her eyes. I told her it wasn’t personal I just don’t want hair to potentially get in my food. She then stormed off and made me feel very uncomfortable as if I did something wrong. Pictures attached of other employees having a hat on but her. This behavior is unacceptable for a food establishment.

Pizza was good, customer service was dead and restaurant cleanliness was not available. Three kids behind the counter seemed annoyed and unhappy that they work here. No ice in the ice machine and the dirtiest tables available for everyone.

I am beyond happy with this place! I have SOO many allergies including dairy and beef/pork etc. They changed their gloves multiple times for me to ensure no cross contamination AND used a new pizza cutter for me. Yay for not having a reaction because people are kind! Plus, it’s delicious!

Calzon wasn’t good. Staff wasn’t attentive when we came in. A new hire greeted us and mentioned he didn’t know what he was doing because he was new, which is understandable. Whoever was in charge or more experienced didn’t take the time to help him so we can receive proper service. I got the margherita pizza, it was okay. Another customer was trying to wash their hands and mentioned to the employees there was no soap to wash their hands. Employees didn’t do anything about this situation.
