I ordered the 30.00 online special. 8 pcs. Chicken 8 chicken tenders, large fries, large Cole slaw, large biscuit and gravy and 4 biscuits. I’m disabled and had a friend take me and Sonny to my mom’s while they finish my apt. I called to make sure it was all there and he said yes ma’am. My friend went in and picked up food. We get all the way there and low and behold, ( no tenders and the extra large mashed potatoes was a little bitty cup. I called and told him thank you, because 3 people get no chicken. I called and he told me he would give me a 20.00 credit. Now 4 days later were going back home. I called and ordered the same. He said I should have given you enough to cover that and he would make it work. Well she went in to get it and they still chatted me 13.00. I won’t order from your establishment again. The exact thing happened a few years back. Feeding a group and had no biscuits, missing 4 extra pcs. of chicken. I’ve had enough.

We came in to dine in at the large main table as a family of six and were greeted in a friendly manner by the young staff. They were super nice and served us the most delicious extra crispy chicken and wonderful generous large sides. We were grabbing a meal after spending the day at clifty falls in Madison county. This was a lovely cap off to our excellent family day. Thank you so much to the excellent young staff on site providing top notch customer service. Thanks, KFC!

I made an online order of a 12 piece meal with 3 sides; mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw, and macaroni and cheese. Some how, after double checking my order, I ended up with frech fries instead of macaroni and cheese. So I called the store and was essentially told “Sorry about your luck”. After paying $50 for a single meal I expect better. Needless to say I won’t be going back to KFC again.
