I visit this location at least once a week and it never fails that I receive the absolute best customer service. Maria is who greets me each time. She is professional, kind, warm, and very personable. It is a pleasant interaction each time I order. She never hesitates to answer questions that I have about new items or when I’m contemplating trying something new from the menu. She encouraged and helped me sign up on the app so that I would experience rewards. She just goes above and beyond for her customers. I will continue to visit this particular location for these exact reasons. I truly thank her for being so awesome!

Juan at the panda express on Shawnee Mission Parkway and Quivira made my day! He was full of kindness as he took my order and did not make me feel rushed or like a burden. Here lately I been having issues with my orders here but I like it so I do keep going cause of the crab ragoons. Waited at the register for 10 minutes for an employee to turn around and hand me my order that was already paid for and ready. 5 employees standing around in the back and the 2 working the counter ignored me when I tried to get their attention. Literally all I needed was somebody to turn around and hand me a plastic bag 2 feet behind them. Trash service honestly

Everyone at this particular site including the the manager needs to be fired and new people that know how to treat the real boss and payers of their wages, the customer!!!, right because we customers can fire everyone working at this sight very easily just by spending iutmr money somewhere else because the customers are getting sick and tired of employees of businesses treating them as though they are paying the customers I stead of realizing it is the other way around and many companies have learned that lesson the hard way, just read history because Wal- Mart for one, they were at one time the largest retailer and believed in taking care of the real employer or boss, the customer, but they are no longer number one, Amazon is and that is because Wal-Mart gas stopped taking care of the real boss, the customer and is suffering through store closures because of it, but Amazon is number one retailer and because they have almost perfected the secret to their success, which is no secret at all, take care of the real employer, the customer, and you will be around a long time!!!!!
