So disappointed, I use to frequently stop in for jerk chicken wings but after my last 2 visits I’m done… The wings we’re not as big as my baby finger, they were overcooked, dry and hard… The customer service was mediocre. The young lady taking orders never greeted me saying hello or acknowledged me, I just told her what I wanted and then she told me how much it was. Once she gave me my order I said thank you and have a nice day and she just looked at me…. I’m done, I won’t be returning.

1st time there today menu no prices no paper with prices ask for the price of a 1/2 of a chicken dinner $25 ridiculous. Cashier talks on the phone while she’s waiting on customers you don’t know who she’s talking to you or her friend on the phone. Lobby messy. Walked right out will not be back!

So if you want to know why business in our community don’t do well, you need to up your customers service! How do you up the prices, duct tape out all old pricing, don’t print out new brochures with new pricing so I can see what I am paying for, then just tell me the pricing is in the register! Please get it together yall! I’m trying but that’s ridiculous!

Service was decent but food was a big disappointment. I asked cashier how long they been in business and she said eight years, so I ordered two lunches. One forr me and one for my son. I was eager to try it out so I pulled into the parking lot across the ways just to sample it. I threw both lunches away in the Touch of beauty’s garbage can. We were both disappointed. How can you mess up jerk chicken and mac and cheese. I should have left when she told me they didn’t have any jerk tacos.

I ordered a jerk chicken lunch and chose plantains as one of my sides. As someone who absolutely LOVES plantains, to my dismay, a side of plantains consists of only ONE small slice. I’m still in complete disbelief that I’m laughing as type this! So I was certain that they must have made a mistake, right?! Wrong! I went back and the young lady confirmed that indeed ONE tiny slice was a side. She was very nice and polite about it. I’ve been here twice before over the past year and a half, but it’s been awhile. However, I don’t recall only one plantain, otherwise I wouldn’t never returned. The place is very clean. Food is decent. But I live for plantains whenever I get jerk chicken. So sadly, I won’t return 🙁 Sure, I could order an additional side, but I feel like I shouldn’t have to. I’m used to getting a decent portion any other place. So if plantains don’t make or break your jerk chicken experience, I highly recommended this place! If you’re like me, and LOVE plateaus, plan on splurging for an additional side. Hopefully that includes more than one slice LOL 🙂

I placed an order for Four Jerk Wings lunch menu and the server MIja gave me the incorrect order. I called to express my concern and she stated, I believe you order leg and thigh. I informed the server I do not eat those parts of the chicken.. She has very poor customer service and people skills. The service was slow and lunch menu are pricey. Tried them for the first time today and I got the 4 wing lunch and was immediately taken back when I opened the container and one of the wings had two big long feathers cooked in it. However I tasted the other part of the wing and it had great flavor, and not salty or burned. Unfortunately my meal went down from there… my other wings were not done all the way through, and please, please, Kingston, if you all read this, please work on your mac n cheese, it was horrible, bland, mushy, and the cheese just wasn’t right. Sorry for the bad review.
