Went to the drive-thru ordered a small New York cheesecake Blizzard with extra cheese cake in it ended up paying $11 for a small New York cheesecake Blizzard that had no cheesecake in it it was full of extra strawberry topping and graham cracker, when I called to speak to a manager she told me that she was too busy to talk to me to call back later and was very rude and said that there was cheesecake in it but I needed to call her back later she was in the middle of a fundraiser. My daughter worked at dairy Queen many years when she was younger…. and that is my favorite blizzard I think I would know if there was cheesecake in it or not. Will definitely not go back to that dairy Queen again! Poor management and very poor customer service.

I love the food and ice cream at Dairy Queen. The reason I had to give a 3 star rating is because of the speed of order completion. We generally go through the drive thru and we get our drinks and ice cream then are asked to pull around and wait which is generally 15-30 min. The food is hot and delicious but the ice cream is melted when we get the food home.

Ordered a Oreo Brookie blizzard twice with little to no toppings. First time, ordered a mini and not one Brookie, maybe two pieces of Oreo. Second time, (trying to give it another chance) ordered a medium and again had maybe three bites that actually had toppings. When you pay $6.00 for a blizzard you expect better. We will not be back.

Went through the drive through at this location and literally don’t have anything positive to say. They gave me the wrong drink, I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and got a regular one, and the ranch (which they charge extra for) was so curdled that it looked like it had been sitting out for days. Order accuracy is bare minimum and they couldn’t even manage that.
