Customer service was wonderful. Very clean restaurant. We also drove an hour from where we live to have Texadelphia and see if it was as great as Houston’s. Food was just as we thought Delicious, but they didn’t have the marinated pepperoni sandwich. They did have pepperoni’s and added some, but no maranera sauce. The drive was still worth it.

I have to drown my sandwich in sauce, peppers and cheese to be somewhat bearable. The quality you get for the price you pay is ridiculous. I’m not sure how this place is so successful. I’m guessing the people in this area can afford it without regretting it too much because they still have plenty of money. Or perhaps it’s just because people don’t have very high standards for the food they work for and pay for. Maybe a little of both. The meat is bland with an odd texture since it’s a thin frozen piece of meat that is poorly seasoned (if seasoned at all). Chips and watery salsa (which isn’t even enough for your chips) are your default side included, but if you want fries it’s like 1.50 more. Drink not included. Add the drink without fries and it’s already almost $15.67. So if I want some fries and a combo that’s almost $18. That’s so wild to me. But hey…it was clean inside, fast, the bun is alright and the cashier was chill. Otherwise, just spend your money elsewhere.

Cashier was very friendly. Something tasted off with my food, but I made the mistake to eat it any way. I had a stomach ache shortly after and now the next day I am sick as a dog. I would recommend proceeding with caution. Sad thing is, I used to love this place when I was a kid.

Ate here for the first time today. I had the Beef Cheesesteak with jalapeño’s on it. It was really meaty, they did NOT hold back on the steak like most sub shops. I’ll be back for sure. I recommend eating here. A+

Ordered on door dash order was confirmed and and got a call from the dasher that they were closed at 5. If you’re going to be closed don’t have your business open on DoorDash. You wasted a customer and many dashers time. Do better if you’re going to run a business. Obviously this owned by a novice

Came in an hour ago and ordered 2 steaks with wiz and fried onions, no cheese on either steak, ordered an iced tea as well which the guy at the counter SOLD to me… before telling me they already dumped the Tea for the night and there was none left. Didn’t offer a refund or any alternatives. What an absolutely horrid experience.

We ordered the South Philly and it was the BEST philly cheesesteak I’ve had ever!!! The meat was tender and juicy and such a great flavor with the house-made cheese whiz. The cook was so friendly and we will definitely be coming back again.

Everything was sticky and dirty and the smell of burnt grease was so strong it made you nauseated. My coworker’s salad had half the bowl full of water. We ended up just throwing everything away.
