I ordered butter chicken and by mistake they had given us the wrong order. I called them back and let them know it was a wrong order and they agreed the confusion and prepared a fresh butter chicken at no additional cost and also let us have the first order and in addition they sent us the sweets as well. Making mistakes by confusion happens but owning the errors and making corrections and going an extra mile to keep the customers happy is a great way for the customer satisfaction! The quality of the food, taste and quantity all were great! My little kids were very happy and enjoyed the food! Good food and service!!

I gave 1 because I can’t go lower than this. Worst experience with a food joint ever. The staff literally lied to our faces about the cook & the food. When confronted again,they said they tried to manage us & sorry. The food served were in to-go boxes, when asked about it, he said that is the only thing he had & he won’t do anything about it. However, since we ordered the food we took it & This is the quantity of the food that we’ve ordered. Literally half boxes of items in all of em. Boneless chicken biryani is the worst,he gave leftover biryani rice with re-heated chicken. The chicken was hot & the rice cold. I 100% wouldn’t recommend going there at all. Literally waste of money & time.( They made us wait an hour)

We’ve been to this place a couple of times after the new ownership. Loving it so far. We’ve had masala tea, cut mirchi, samosa chat, chicken chat-pat, and chicken biryani. We also tried the chiku milkshake/smoothie and badhshah (dessert snack/desi sweets). Enjoyed all the items so far. Wouldn’t mind spicier biryani though.

They got the spice levels of the order wrong and the food was bad. Butter paratha was partially cooked chapathi. Veg biryani was dry and not tasteful. paneer Tikka masala was just cream and lots of food color. Do not recommend if you’re looking for tasty/healthy food.

Great place. Food is very good. The spice level is right. Not sure why people gave low ratings. My experience is always good. Food as well as service. I visit often for the Chai and Irani biscuits (free with chai). Mirchi bajji was very good and so are Biryanis and non veg curries. Haven’t tried any veg items besides the evening snacks. But great place to hangout with friends on a lazy afternoon or for ordering some spicy south Indian food.

Food taste is great after it is reopened. Tried chicken 65 and boneless chicken biryani multiple times and was never disappointed. Great thing about their biryani is that it feels lite on stomach.. hope the consistency is maintained

The new renovation is good . Tea parties can be made. Staffs are good . Both dine in and takeout are good . Food taste nice . MUST TRY ‘samosa’ for vegetarian . Ask for combos or buy one get one if you take your friends . Pepper chicken will be good but sometimes salty so make sure when you buy check on salt.
