Made a mobile order and when I got to the window I was asked to park because it wasn’t ready. I waited 15 min and no one had brought it out so I got back in the line to see what was going on and I again was told my food was cooking rudely. They have no type of customer service skills at all. Everything about this restaurant was disgusting!!! The young lady with the blue braids had a horrible attitude. Me and my military friends waited over 45 minutes for our food. We tried telling her she said I know and dismissed what we were trying to say. We then asked for a refund, the food came up as we asked for the refund she snatched the food off the counter. A lady came from the back and finished the refund. The worst experience we ever encountered. We will never come back. I really wish i could post negative 5 stars

We had a prepaid order to. E picked up 12:00 p.m on Sunday June 4 2023. Nothing was ready when we got there to pick it up! Came out at 12:40! I watched several people get served while waiting! In acceptable service! Will shop else where next event!

The second shift manager was not professional at all, the cooks were being lazy just standing around looking at the customers instead of preparing the food. The manager and an employee from another store were talking very explicitly about the cooks in front of customers. Then I waited almost 25 minutes for some cold food.

We love Popeyes, and usually we’re in drive thru for 30 mins… start to finish. Not here. I was in and out of drive-thru in less than 15 mins. Employees were wonderful and respectful. I plan to use this location more often.

I placed my order on 8/5/23 at 9:54pm for a big box and a 3”/ can dine for 9.99 which was supposed to be a 5 pc. Only to get home and they gave me two 2pcs. Almost $18 on 4 pcs of chicken. I also called 5 times and they are not answering the phone. Literally money wasted and now I have to find my kids something else to eat.
