I recently ordered a to go order which was ready on time. Most aspects of it were good to fair. The queso is downright terrible. There is absolutely no effort put into it. It is nacho cheese from a can with a few vegetables added. Seems like a terrible corner to cut.

I used to love this place, but after the past 6 times I’ve only had my order correct once… I order the same thing every time, One cheese beef empanada, which is always correct, but when I order my two soft flour shell, beef, cheese, lettuce tacos they always come with the chipotle sauce, which I don’t order because I don’t like it. Tonight took the cake for me, I had a rough day and was in the area so I thought, “hey why don’t I get something to eat at Don Juan?” When I drove home and sat down to eat and opened my container to see my tacos drenched in a sauce I despise, i was just in shock. I mean I hate to complain because I know that working in food is difficult, but is there a excuse for this?? I’m not ordering something difficult, is it really that difficult to read what I ordered and see no sauce? I mean everything else is right but I still end up with my day ruined.
