I’m not sure why there are so many recent 1 star reviews because I thought my food was phenomenal! I ordered from UberEats and got 2 of the Sweet Chicken Kimchi bowls and the fried cauliflower. The portions were a good size and the food was cooked perfectly, and very flavorful. It was a bit pricy but I was able to use the BOGO offer along with a coupon I had on UE that made it worth it. But I will definitely order here again!

I don’t normally write reviews but for the price I am EXTREMELY disappointed. We ordered two hours before close, so I understand that there might be some irritation there but there is no excuse for how disappointing and gross our food was.

I really like the food here! The sauces are delicious, and the kale actually tastes good unlike lots of places. The reason it gets four stars instead of five is that it has had kind of unpredictable hours, and doesn’t always offer delivery, for what I assume are staffing shortage reasons. They used to have a problem with forgetting ingredients, but I order here a lot and they seem to have fixed that problem! Tasty and I always have enough in one bowl for two meals.

I don’t often leave reviews but… this place was not worth the money. BiBibop fills their bowls for a lot less money. Their food is also way fresher. I spent $23 on a bowl that wasn’t even barely filled. The avocado wasn’t ripe, and the pineapples were from a can. On top of that, it took over 30 minutes for a not fresh or filled bowl to even be ready. I just would 10/10 recommend saving your money and spending it elsewhere!

Just want to throw my experience in with all the other one stars on here. I was charged $4.50 for double meat and I got less meat than my wife got in her single serving bowl. Also they’re partnered with doordash. I don’t use doordash anymore because I like to receive the things that I ordered.

First time and it was very good. fresh ingredients, and the fried egg on top, yummy. I got the chicken, brown rice, broccoli, and fried egg on top. My co-worker smelled it and immediately ordered the Korean bbq cauliflower bowl and that was amazing as well. Delivery was fast well.

I read the reviews about small portions and what not but they must have made some improvements since then because my bowls definitely filling and I eat a lot. Nice mixture of every ingredient and everything tastes amazing!! I Love that Moonbowl is committed to improving to please the costumer. I suggest you try it 10/10!! Also wish I would have taken a pic but the food looked so good I couldn’t wait to eat lol.
