My pizza was extremely spicy, so I could not eat it (a pesto, artickoke & riccota…looked great… too bad it tasted like fire more than anything else). It also took very long to get our orders. Inside was very loud, Outside after sunset was pleasant

There’s nothing “Fresh” about Fresh Brothers Pizza. The pizza is horrible and tastes worse than Celeste frozen pizza. The chicken bites tasted like frozen Tyson nuggets. I couldn’t even finish the food it was so bad. I will not be returning. I do not recommend whatsoever.

For my first Fresh brothers experience, I am over the moon with the staff here at Calabasas Fresh Brothers Pizza!!! The girl in the pic holding my salad out(wish I could remember her name) was AMAZING!!! Not only did she suggest the most delicious salad I’ve ever eaten. She also served it with a smile. Then… When I was almost finished, I motioned to her that I wanted another! Without having to get up from my table(there were people standing over me waiting to take my seat) she had another one made and I was able to enjoy the second one with my wife when she walked in. Finally, I had the chance to meet the manager(Jim) that was literally walking around, greeting everyone and clearing tables like a true leader!!! His personality was the cherry on the top!!! You sure have the right people taking care of this location!!!

Usually there is a lot to like about this place but I feel the service has gone too far downhill. On my most recent trip I ordered a pizza for dine in, they asked my name, said “we’ll call you when it’s ready, it will be about 12-15 minutes”. We sat down right in front of them, it’s clear we were right there. Over the next nearly 40 minutes I watched several people come in, order, and get their pizza. Still they did not call my name. Finally I decided to go ask if there was a problem, they told me there was not, and they grabbed my pizza off of a shelf and handed it to me. It was lukewarm and the woman behind the counter lied to me and told me it had just come up. I had been eyeing that pizza for some time because I wondered if that could have been ours but I didn’t want to interrupt them and figured they had everything under control. I just don’t like experiences like that. I don’t think any of us deserve to go sit down at a restaurant, never have our name called, and then have our food late and cold only when we go investigating. I would recommend going to some of the other places at the Commons and avoiding the disappointment.

I so glad dominos pizza failed on there delivery! Fresh brothers pizza, wings, delivery and professionalism was through the roof!!! I was very satisfied with them and definitely way better then dominos pizza. Thanks for working with me on my location as I am a truck driver and can’t really get into some places!!!!

There’s this skinny worker with thick glasses and curly hair that ALWAYS has a horrible attitude. Completely utterly bad mouthed disgusting worker that brings down the entire name of Fresh Brothers. Management needs to look into this employee asap.

Staff seemed a bit unorganized and not on their game for cleanliness, just standing around the counter. The 15 minute wait for my pizza became a 35 minute wait. I was not notified that my pizza was ready, and sitting on shelf. This was my first visit, I will give them another chance because it was delicious. Recommend training STAR employees for a good food restaurant.

I order here almost twice a week. I get 10 wings all the time. Last time they gave me 3 wings that were red and old on the inside. I come back to order my same order today. I say hey last week yall gave me 3 bad wings. I don’t want to complain but can we make it right and yall add 2 wings on this new order. I said 2. Not 3 but just add two extra wings to the new order im placing and paying for today! Guess what I was told? “No we can’t do that.” So let me get this straight. I let it slide that these wings are $15 and I don’t call to make you all fix the order when it happened becuz your staff was super busy and I figured I would just get it fixed next time. But then you tell a weekly customer you are not willing to even give me 2 extra wings when I ordered a brand new order after yall gave me old chicken! Wow! The manager working tonight just costed yall a weekly customer over 2 wings. I will just head back to pizza hut. They mess up an order they fix it regardless. 2 wings wow. Been coming here for years! I even have been coming here eventhough the rewards program has been down since the pandemic. Terrible. Just found out the managers name is Victor! Great job Victor
