I ordered food through the app and it took longer than it did for customers coming in to order at the counter. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered 2 more tacos for my kids and it took so much longer. They appeared to not even know that my order existed. For some reason, most Jack in the Box locations have the same issues. Oh, and the tables aren’t kept very clean. We had to grab napkins & clean our own table because they all were dirty.

Reason for the four star on service was when their system was down they failed to verify that their message of order by their app actually worked. Their app was not working, trying to order online by most other sources were not working either. I do know what source was working when they said orders was still coming in.

I ordered off doordash, the employees didn’t confirm the delivery driver resulting in my food being stolen. Instead of remaking for the next driver since it WAS an employee error, my order was cancelled. When I called to inquire about the order, an employee hung up the phone before I could get a single word out. the second employee who answered the second time I called explained their mistake. She was nice. This occurred at 2:38am.on 6/18/23 Terrible customer service if you ask me.

Disappointed in LP… slow service, bad interpersonal skills, almost rude and a discredit to the store. No receipt, although paid cash. I’d ordered large fries, paid for large fries with my order, but got a carton almost 1/2 full. (Picture available) Are you rationing the amount of fries we get? These ones were old, still barely warm, and I live .7 of a mile away!

Bought a bacon ultimate cheeseburger, nothing about it was “ultimate”. The single piece of bacon was smaller than the size of my thumb and the condiments, which probably don’t cost the restaurant much, were extremely skimpy. This was like a slightly bigger double cheeseburger for $8. If I didn’t have to drive a few miles back to exchange it I would but it’s not worth the time.

I live literally 1.6 miles from the store. I have no idea how my food is cold by the time I get home. Last time I visited, not only was it cold, most of it was old food. It was disgusting. Horrible, horrible experience. Seeing all the negative comments here, they must really not care considering nothing is being done to rectify any of it.

This bowl reminded me, why I stopped coming to jack in the crack.. the meals are not worth the price, $8+ for a bowl that barely has anything. And lets not mention the lettuce tacos. Smh I rather pay $1 more and go to panda 2 entrees one a side. Disappointed prices . #cantdobusinessanymore

As an Uber eats delivery driver, Very very very long wait time, I got stock in drive-through for nearly an hour and the order didn’t even go through + on top of that certain worker was being very rude to the delivery driver (me) as I was trying to find out why the order didn’t go through.
