Arrived to get a sandwich at 8:30pm. Time online say they close at 9:00pm. There is a sign on the door that say they close at 9:00pm.

The food was good and fresh, but the price of the meal was like sticker shock! It was too expensive for my tastes. They need to lower the cost of the meal. I paid $42.67, for sandwiches and cookies. Next time, if there is a next time, then my party should only get the 6 inch subs and no drinks.

The was one of the employees children running around in our personal space while we waited for someone to ask us for our order and their parents said nothing. We kept having to move out of the kids way or he was going to run into us. The staff acts like you’re a huge inconvenience/ unwelcome. The food was fine.

Came for a pick up order for 4 at 8:45pm. Door says open until 9. Walked in, didn’t get 3 steps in the door and was told they were closed. No sorry, no thanks for coming. Just we are closed. Terrible service here more than once. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I ate at the Lawrence, Kansas location and my Italian sandwich was delicious, but the real treat was the salmon dinner I bought. My son saw it in the fridge and ate it. He could not eat it fast enough. He is in the Navy and eats lots of seafood and he said it was some of the best he has ever eaten.

This was my last time ordering from Goodcents Both times I order the same thing and I received something other than what I ordered. Then I look at my receipt and there is a note that they didn’t have what I ordered. Ok if you could text me that my order was on the way you could call or text to see if I wanted something else instead of sending me something I don’t eat. So I just wasted $8.00 for something I don’t eat plus tip

I ordered a 3 sub platter this evening. I had quite a few requests as my family are picky eaters. At one point I thought they were going to completely give up on me and all my requests but they certainly did not!!! When my order arrived I could not have been more pleased with the care and extra attention they put into the details of my order! I am so very happy with everything I received, I can’t thank you enough – I know it was almost closing time, I was probably your last order and you were probably tired and ready to go home….THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for making my order perfect, I will be a customer forever now, thank you!!

Ordered 4 sandwiches and 4 drinks for delivery. 2 sandwiches where not correct at all. The Italian had a total of 3 slices of meat for a 6inch. Missing all the toppings but cheese and lettuce. The Philly has no toppings accept cheese. The drinks where all wrong. The food was 30 min late. I tried calling to store at 6:45 when our food showed up and no one would answer. I tried calling all the way until closing time. Terrible customer service.
