I’ve ordered delivery 6 times, 4 out of 6 have all been wrong. I just received my pizza and it was the wrong one once again One time they refused to refund me my money, the pizza was cold and I didn’t want it. When calling to let them know I was on hold for 30min. The pizza is great but when ordering delivery check everything before driver drives off cause more than likely they mess up.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Round Table. Delivered the wrong pizza . Called the restaurant and was on hold for 42 minutes and 43 seconds. Had to drive down to the restaurant . Manager was clueless, didn’t even know who she worked for nor names and numbers. They did have one outstanding employee, Elijah, who did his best to resolve the issue since the store manager failed to do so.
