Very bad service the kid taking order was so rude and full of attitude. Ladies were good and humble and listened to us and our request. Soup was not served which was not made and he is not ready to refund. Crazy other Pleasanton branch is best.

I remember the first time I had a sandwich here. It was a couple years ago when they had recently opened. When I went inside I thought their prices are a bit higher that the competition but after taking the first bite I found out why. The bread is super fresh and delicious. Meat and ingredients are just as tasty and fresh as the bread.

This place is disgusting. I ordered sandwich yesterday from there and found hair in my sandwich. I called store right away and they told me that manager will return my call. Spoke to manager and I’m very unhappy with the conversation. They have 0 refund policy. Waste of time and money. Employees don’t wear hat to cover hair.

Liars!!!! Told me no pickles and I walked to stores and couldn’t find any to eat with my sandwich and ate my sandwich unsatisfied because that’s my favorite part of the sandwich! Sandwich was average anyway. Went in there today after two months and she confirmed the other employee lied. Only reason I’m reviewing. Grocery delis have better sandwiches.

The taste was good, but look at the pictures of what I ordered, what I paid for, vs what I actually received. Yeah, I paid $23 for that. Go to Americano in Livermore, or mister pickle, or Lee’s, or Ike’s; literally anywhere else. They have larger servings and taste better.

Simple shop that makes fabulous sandwiches with exquisite fresh sourdough rolls. Nothing like your average deli. More expensive and worth it. Not much seating space inside, so pretty much a pick up and go kind of sandwich shop.
