Great customer service and food! Ordered a poke bowl through Postmates and noticed that it was taking a while to get delivered. Then I received a call from Pokemoto and the manager, Doug, explained that there were 3 people who came in and asked about my order, and then one person came on a bike and quickly took it and left. Doug told me that if I don’t receive the order shortly that I should call back and he will have them make another poke bowl for me. I called back after a few minutes of not receiving my order and Doug said he already had someone working on another one for me. Amazing customer service!

This is ridiculous. Ordered from this place very often and got full bowls, came back from the summer and now got half the bowl. The audacity to do this is absolutely atrocious. Will not be coming back here again.

Poke was delicious! The servers were generous in their service and even let me taste some sauces before I added them in (one orange/clearish one was spicy and delicious—I forget the name—and I mixed with the miso-mayo, also yummy). I went close to closing but the fish didn’t look bad at all, and tasted good! I usually watch out for poke late at night because their fish can go kind of bad during the day, but definitely not a problem here. Servers were extremely kind.

Very nice place! Our family loves Pokemoto – we’ve been to their locations in New Haven and Fairfield. Fairly priced for the quality of the food. Salmon and tuna are always fresh – and the sauces delicious.
