Eta Pie is the brainchild of three long time friends who believe that only the limits of imagination and creativity should dictate how you create your pizzas, salads or bowls. Thus, our offerings range from the traditional to the whimsical and culinarily serious.
We encourage our valued customers to build their own masterpieces, matched perfectly to their individual preferences drawing from our palate of two pizza crusts, two bowl foundations, three blends of salad greens, five sauces, over thirty premium toppings, thirteen finishing options and six house-made salad dressings. We also invite choices from among more than twenty-five pre-curated pizza, salad and bowl options born of our chefs’ inspirations.

EATAPIE has taken the lead as my favorite pizza place in town. I was skeptical at first because I usually enjoy a New York-style slice, but this pizza still maintains a crispy crust that is chewy on the inside. The sauce tastes satisfying, sweet, and tart, reminiscent of a NY-style slice, but there’s something more substantial to it. The owner explains that he uses a technique to lightly cook the sauce, a rarity at a pizza place. As he explained his methods, it became very clear that he cares deeply about the quality of the food he makes and the ingredients he uses.

This was our first time ordering from this place. We found the online ordering very easy, and the pizza is great! They have all sorts of different toppings, sauces, veggies, meats, and even stuff like fried shrimp. Will be back for sure! I additionally went on their website and read about the type of business that they run, and it’s refreshing. They strive to be productive members of their community, and that makes the delicious pizza even better.

Ok, THIS is the pizza I’ve been waiting for in Ithaca! I’ve wanted to try Eta for awhile now, and I wish I’d done it sooner. Escargots?! Yes, please! Not many restaurants have escargots, much less a pizza joint. I was so happy with the amount on my pie. I also tried the Buffalo pie and YUM. The nice hint of spiciness combined with blue cheese is great. Thank you for being open on a Sunday evening, too, after I get home from work. You guys rock. Please stick around.

Stopped by just on the whim of passing by & was hungry. GLAD I did & can’t wait to go back! I did an 8″ create your own pizza. I picked 4 toppings, not only was it fast but it was delicious . All the staff was friendly. The gentleman who took our order, whom I believed was the owner was kind & explained everything, even showed us the differences in sizes. He did not hold back on toppings at all. It was perfectly cooked as well! Everything was great! 5 Stars all the way around!!

Lots of options! I had the 8” smoked salmon – very good! The crust is neither thick nor thin, I liked it. Apparently if you want it thinner, just ask them. Great staff, were very helpful!

I love Eta Pie pizza! It’s an explosion of flavors in your mouth. It’s so tasty. It’s so cheesy. The golden crust is delightful! They use the best ingredients and are very customer service oriented. My favorites so are the Buffalo Pizza as shown and the Juarez Pizza. They are delighted! Best pizza around town! The co-owner Brandon is awesome!

Great Pie!! Great place!! Been wanting to try this cute place on the corner of W State St and W Seneca St and decided to get dinner on my way home on a Friday. Excellently cooked. I made-my-own pie and did red sauce, mozz, caramelized onions, sausage and pepperoni. Soft crust with a chewy texture that was delightfully similar to the ages-old Rogan’s pizza from days gone by. Definitely will stop by again. Bonus is that the ‘Taller Half’ loved it! $$$
