I will start off by saying I am HARD to impress! I eat a variety of foods, BUT my dad is a high end cook and my husband was trained by him….. I stumbled upon this place visiting my parents.. 35 mins away from my house! I MAKE the trip just to get these bowls! The fruit is chopped small, FRESH and the combinations are endless with toppings! I like desserts and make them very well I might add… I would eat this over my sweets BC you are not missing anything! I wish he would park this truck in my backyard! Definitely HEAVEN in a bowl!!!! I will be back!!! We got the Butter Bro and Rainbow bowls!

Found Rico’s through a Google search as we left Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens (DSBG) — we were looking for a quick and easy snack, that was not fast food. This truck is behind the “everyday market” in downtown Belmont, about 12 minutes from DSBG. The bowls were fresh made and the fruit for the rainbow bowl was delicious and plentiful. Prices are were average — based on our experiences with açaí bowls — $10-17 depending on size and flavor. A small was more than enough for two kids to enjoy. There are picnic benches/tables, but no umbrellas so we are in the car because it was very hot without shade on the tables. Overall a fine place to stop if you’re in the area.

Maddie and Samantha were amazing and prepared my bowl really quickly. They offered amazing recommendations and even accommodated my peanut allergy. I will definitely be coming back.

They might as well say they close at 7:30pm instead of 8:00pm. Went there before closing and was told they already cleaned the blenders. Normally love it here, but that’s poor service in my opinion.

Rico’s is my favorite spot and has been for almost a year now! I’ve never had a bad bowl or been dissatisfied. If you’re looking for a meal or just a snack, go check out any of their locations. The product and service has been consistent throughout and it’s always nice to support a small, local business.

I’ve heard about Rico’s through friends of mine but l’ve never went until today and I had an amazing experience! Reagan and Addison were absolutely amazing with telling me the menu and helping me pick what they thought would be best! The fruit was fresh and was made very quickly. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

The best açaí bowl ever..seriously! I had the mini berry bowl. Sweet berries just a touch of granola..great service. Stayed open past hours to help the lingering customers! Delicious! You won’t regret it if you make a purchase!

All I have to say is I’m addicted and I drive over 20 minutes at least 2 times a week for this. My favorite is the rainbow bowl.
