This is a new one and it’s like all the other ones. Food is good and they haven’t messed up any of my orders yet. I haven’t had messed up orders with any of the Arby’s in town, just waiting too long sometimes. I usually just get fries and a shake. Once and awhile I’ll get a gyro or sandwich and the gyros are very tasty. I haven’t gotten one here yet. I just don’t go for processed meat that much these days. Food luck Arby’s

0 starts. Absolutely no stars. Would give negative stars if possible. This place is so ridiculously unprofessional. The employees are the rudest people I’ve ever met. One of the employees threw attitude when customer was told to come in an employee said “oh not today”. When the customer simply asked what was going on. Instead of communicating that food still needed to be cooked sarcasm was thrown out “well do you want cold frys”. Absolutely will NEVER go to this place again. Arby’s needs to get this place shut down and start over again.-horrible.

Something changed here recently. I gave a rave review a few months ago. But removed it due to drastic differences. A few nights ago they served me a gyro that was inedible. Funny, coz that’s the thing I was raving about in my earlier review…. The pita it came in was stale. And completely separated. So there was no way to hold it and eat it. Whoever made this had to know, when he wrapped it, that it was split. Yet he sent it out that way. That’s awful.

It took about 20 minutes for them to clear 3 cars in the drive thru. When I finally paid, I saw they overcharged me. I had gotten 2 mozzarella sticks which they advertised as 2 for $7 but rang up individually. The lady told me it was my fault for not saying I wanted that deal when I ordered them and argued with me about it. Laughable customer service.

Had two doordash orders canceled after an hour of waiting and having gone through 6 dashers being reassigned. Only giving 2 stars as this is probably a management issue, either not staffing enough people or hiring the wrong ones. Do better.
