The atmosphere is western without being overboard. I like it. The veggie burger I got was all right, the Mayo and ketchup I added helped it be less dry. But it held together fairly well so it gets good marks for that. Service was a bit slow, I ordered a salad which I had to ask for when our food came because it was forgotten. I’d come again, prices are good, food is decent, and service is fine if also a bit on the slower side.

The bison meatloaf and the buttered carrots were delicious. The bison burger, not so much. It didn’t have any flavor. Just a little salt and pepper would’ve been great. The margaritas with some of the best we’ve had in a while. The mashed potatoes and gravy had been sitting for a while under the warmer, and by the time it got to me it had hardened over. The wait staff was friendly enough, and the service was decent. We sat outside, so I’m aware that it throws the waiter for a loop, so we took that into consideration in the review.

Great food and atmosphere. I had the buffalo brisket and onion rings which were delightful. The rest of the party enjoyed the food as well. I wish they offered bread with dinner but they did have salted cucumbers to snack on.

I went back to give this restaurant a 2nd chance. It was much better this time. The server didn’t forget to enter our order and didn’t avoid our table like we had the plague. The food was great like usual. I will definitely go back again.

First time we ever had bison and it was delicious. A bit pricy but well worth it. Sierra was our server and she was absolutely amazing. The bartender was great to. Came directly to our table to pour a bottle of wine. I don’t recommend the broccoli or the carrots but everything else was phenomenal.

Bison burgers were overcooked. Sent it back, and he overcooked it again. If it wasn’t for the managers attention, it wouldn’t have been cooked right. Waited over 1 hr to finally eat. Manager did comp the meal which was nice. Will definitely go try it one more time. Hopefully we will have a better outcome.

This is located in a hidyhole I call it, because it was by luck we found it on the way from the airport. Service was fantastic and entertaining. It had a rustic fancy bar vibe to it but very family friendly. Food was delicious especially for bison which I absolutely loved.

The new staff is communicating with each other trying there best to get this place back to what it used to be I understand we all took a hurt with covid and it changed everyone’s life but we need to come together and help one another. Life is to short. The manager was very professional along with Mustaffa and the bartenders and other staff they are doing the best they can as everyone is short staffed. The extra time it took to bring me a drink and food was just a plus for more time for me to spend with my husband on date night.
