Got a kids grilled cheese. Heavens no. That sandwich was dry. Ffs had no salt. I was so surprised thats what they sold me. And the prices for a meal? Sky high. I’ll only be back for my free dilly bar. The employee was a very nice man.

Been here 3 times and disappointed every time. This was the final try for me. Just ordered two Blizzards at the drive through neither of which looked correct. I questioned the person about it at the window and was assured they were made correctly. Returned home with them and my wife and I discovered there were 0 toppings in both our blizzzards (Heath and Choco Brownie). Super frustrated with this Dairy Queen, won’t be giving it another shot.

Practically empty and sooo slow despite at least 4 high school aged girls behind the counter. I gave up on the drive through line after it didn’t move for 20 minutes and parked to order inside. Choc dipped cone barely had dip. Won’t be going back here.

The Employees are rude. The lobby doors are locked during business hours for no apparent reason. Employees are ignoring customers while they wait over 5-8 minutes just to be recognized. I sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes and called the store to see why no one came to the window. After 5 phone calls to the restaurant. The female on the phone told me she didn’t know anything about my order! I won’t be going back.

I sent back my chicken strip basket to be completely replaced. Chicken strips were way over cooked and so crispy i just couldn’t. The fries were under cooked, just barely past squishy. One bad experience will not keep me from DQ, but I’ll think twice before coming back to this one. Better chicken could be had across the street. I give two stars, 1 for blizzards, 1 for crushed ice.

Walked in to dining room area. No one was at the counter to take any orders. One kid was on their Nintendo Switch hooked up to the dining room TV with the other younger kid cussing up a storm. Not appropriate environment for my 5 year old to enjoy ice cream in. We left. Management?

We eat out often and DQ is one of our favorite places. This is a newer location and since we know DQ and its food, we don’t mess around and this location was just as good in service, cleanliness and friendliness like the ones we often go to in Rowlett and Wylie.
