The food was fine. The attitude of some of the staff as well as security will definitely persuade people not to frequent this location. Just because you’re in the hood “does not” justify the ghetto behavior. My first visit was fine…this one was not, again due to the ghetto behavior. Consistency in servings goes a long way.

visit this location often; on 4/29/23 at apprx. 6 pm, I was in line. Several store employees were too playful and vulgar. This happened while a lady old enough to be their grand-mother stood in line. 2 females (young in age) and a male (same).

They are rude people at this store. I told the cashier that I don’t want her to bag my stuff she still insisted and tried bagging it anyway. When I got aggressive and took my food she refused to let me pay then threw my lunch in the trash. So I kindly went into the kitchen and got my own food

I would have given more stars for service but it depends on who is serving you. The atmosphere can be okay and I would have given more stars but I never stay cuz it just doesn’t feel welcoming but that’s my opinion. So far the food that I get from there has never made me sick. It tastes pretty good every time I get it whether it’s chicken, steak or something else.

Now, I try to be fair and I’m always honest. This Chipotle location is lackluster and has gone down. I’ve both ordered from Uber Eats (which is more expensive) and I’ve physically gone inside. The customer service is very unacceptable and the food portions are skim compared to the price that they want you to pay. Newsflash, we all are suffering in this pandemic and economic crisis; The fact that people still spend money out to eat to help support local businesses is a blessing. CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER SERVICE! I just ordered again today ( before being completely done with this location); I ordered two chicken bowls . The food was cold and the portion looked like it was made for a toddler, it looks like someone ate out of the carton. No guacamole, which was an extra charge ..a sprinkle of cheese, no meat… It was supposed to be chicken in it … Where is the food? My order was over $40. I’m done.

BOTH THESE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE! this man in the first picture said that they didn’t have the big wrap for the burrito as they were using something else just to say I couldn’t get it then says he thought it was common sense! If you didn’t have the wrap and weren’t making them at all that should’ve been said he proceeded to curse and get upset because I told him his communication is off and needs to improve if he’s working fast food then I asked the lady whose in the picture for his name after she heard him use profanity she told me no which she can’t do and then told security to have me leave after I took pictures of them which I can do because this is my phone!

I went into the chipotle on Alabama ave on 6/9/23 @3:30 and I was told I had to order the adult quesadillas online because they was only making the kids when it’s no sign that said that. I went to the one in iverson mall and they made my food. I’m trying to understand why is the chipotle on Alabama ave always giving people problems if they don’t like or want to do there job then they need to be fired. Now I need to know are they the only store that you have to place your quesadilla online because that’s ridiculous when I was getting other stuff. That is a said store an they need to be shut down
