Just bought 3 plain hotdogs to go from the freehold mall location. Came home and they were over cooked and completely burnt. Paid 17.56 for the most disgusting hotdogs I’ve ever seen. Will NEVER go back there again and will be calling my bank in the morning and charging this back!

Horrible food. Old hotdogs that are grey and brown. I doubt they are even using Nathan’s brand hotdogs. I’ve eaten Nathan’s my entire life and never tasted such a low quality over cooked product. Nathan’s should spend more time checking the quality of it’s Franchises

I got a Hells Kitchen Burger and they said how I couldn’t order half of the things that were on the menu and the Hells Kitchen burger had the driest chicken, the cheese was not melted, and the regular french fries were not seasoned at all

So I always have this issue. You’re open til 7 right? Why is it you’re closed before? Whatever the hours are don’t add up to physically their hours. An owner/manager should speak up on this.

The BEST Nathan’s around!!! I live in Jackson and have 2 Nathan’s locations closer to me (Aldrich Rd – AWFUL customer service & quality, and then the Outlets – Great customer service but decent quality), and I choose to drive nearly 25 minutes, park at the food court entrance, walk into the mall and up an escalator JUST to come to this Nathan’s. Crispy chicken sandwich is always hot, fresh, and packed with toppings. Customer service is always on-point and order is never wrong. Keep up the awesome work — your customers definitely appreciate it and it does not go unnoticed!

Worst service and food in this food court. I place my order with one person. She told me 6 minutes. Came back to the counter and found a full soda. I asked a second person if it was mine. She said, “I don’t know what you ordered.” 2 minutes later she called out my number. I took the food and said to her, “I just asked you if this was mine!” She said, “I didn’t know what you ordered. Ate 1 piece of fish which was rubber and probably old. Fries were definitely reheated. I realized also that I didn’t get my hush puppies. I asked the 2 of them and the one who “didn’t know” what I ordered said she put them on my platter, which was a blatant lie. Folks, stay clear of this one. Many more choices available in the food court with better service.

Great hot dogs and wonderful fries. Service leaves much to be desired. I’ve had some pleasant interactions with the staff (one wonderful woman was kind enough to cut extra onions for me when they had thrown out the lot for the night and was very sweet) but for the most part they’ve been unsociable and apathetic at best. The one blonde manager who works there is incredibly rude, took a terrible attitude and rolled her eyes at me while I was trying to place my order. I understand it’s the holidays, which is a stressful time for anyone in customer service, but that kind of unprompted disrespect is just not called for.
