Friendly staff, beautiful dining room, and excellent food – what more could you ask from your local fast-foodrestaurant? Right off I-45 in Tupelo, but I have overlooked it due to gluten issues. The server suggested a lettuce wrap, so I got a chicken club – and it’s REALLY good. Another thing I like is the drink station where you can mix drinks – I mixed cherry coke with coke zero.

Do not place on order for here through their direct app! If you accidentally place it here instead of the other Main ST store, or if there is an issue, the GM will argue with you that it doesn’t matter if her store is compensated, it doesn’t matter that the online instructions are to contact the number on the receipt which is the store it was placed at, it doesn’t matter that the only 1-877 number for Hardee’s customer service is no longer a working number, she nor her store are responsible for your order or the funds she received for it.

Hardee’s on East Main is great. When I was there, I was greeted with a smile and a hello, the food was quick, hot and very good. The crew on West Main could take some lessons on how to greet customers, as I was practically ignored until I spoke first. I didn’t stay, no excuse for poor service.

Ordered online for pickup go to pick up order and they say they have no online order this has happened twice now Ordered two large fries and combined wouldn’t even make a small mushroom Swiss burger was just throwed in box not even wrapped in paper and it wasn’t a fresh burger I will seriously think about ordering from there again
