Customer service was great! We had a big group come in, and they took care of us which was awesome. I thought my drink was just okay. I purchased an iced latte, but there was a really awesome selection, and the inside was super cute! Loved the little nooks, and there was really great lighting as well. Went into Michigan City Biggby this morning August 8th ordered lg hot Campfire Latte was charged $5.07 when I questioned price since this is any latte any size for $1.99 day I was told by Armon that the button for the special does not work so they are charging half price. Latte is $7.29 charged me $5.07 that is not half off. Only $2.55 was taken off. Who determines NOT to charge the “special price”? Paid $5.07 for a drink that was only to be $1.99.

We’ve patronized this location about 4 times now and our coffee has looked like this every time; barely filled to the fill line which according to Biggby is the ridge beneath the brim of the cup. Their explanation was “sometimes the ice messes up,” whatever that means. This isn’t acceptable for a $7 drink!

So excited to have a Biggby Coffee in the area! I have visited quite a few different locations and the Michigan City location doesn’t disappoint. Friendly and very helpful staff. Fun location. Love the repurpose and renovation. I had the mallow hot chocolate and it was delicious! Just the right amount of marshmallow to hot coca ratio.

I was so so excited and this is such a cute place. Got in the drive through and the espresso machine and milk steamer was down so there were barely any hot drinks. Not their fault the staff aren’t responsible for fixing a machine but it’s unfortunate that someone can’t come in and they stop serving it the whole day. Everything on the menu looked fantastic and I would give it another try!
