I usually do not write a Review but this need to be address so the owner or management need to make a change to prevent tarnishing the brand. I left the store at the mall around 5:30pm, I was the only one in Line waiting for over 3 mntt while 4 staff chit chatting not even acknowledge me, 1 staff came to place an online order ( short light skin ), after putting the order on the POS she looked at me and turn around calling her coworker to help me ! who also did not make an effort. Finally staff black tall kid red shirt came to take my order.

This Chick-fil-A location was pretty good! The service was really fast and the employees were nice. The food was absolutely delicious as always ☺️ The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because two of the employees that helped give me my order didn’t say “my pleasure” after I said thank you. I think this was the first time this had ever happened to me and it was really odd.

Ordered on Uber eats, when food came meal was missing several items plus what we did get was wrong. Called restaurant and spoke to manager, but when I asked managers name she would not tell me her name. Said I’d have to reorder to get the correct items or go through Uber eats to get refund. Which doesn’t make since to me since there the ones that screwed it up, why do I have to deal with filing for a refund and not going to reorder and have to pay more money. So I had to sit on the phone for a half hr figuring out how to get refund through Uber eats. Never had this happen before with any other restaurant

Unfortunately after waiting for 20 minutes, they told us it would be another 15 minutes for the one normal meal we ordered. In that 35 minutes, multiple customers came back saying they were missing sandwiches from their order. One of the employees was playing with her hair right next to the food and was not helping. I am not one to write bad reviews, however, these workers do not take their job seriously.

We just had to make 3 different orders to finally get it right. The first order they were missing items. The second order was also missing items. I called the store and they said they can’t do anything about it. Also, these are supposed to be medium fries. That looks half way empty. I’m sorry but this store needs a little more responsibility because this is unacceptable.
