The girl with the glasses on the register on 6/1/23 around 3:25pm is very rude and demonstrates poor customer service. Even when I said thank you she handed my item with attitude. If you can’t demonstrate decent customer service then you probably shouldn’t be working up front to deal with customers. She obviously doesn’t do well under pressure.

Place is always friendly the the waiting is not soo bad of you call ahead of time but other than that my kids love the pizza my daughters favorite the classic with marinara sauce and my son loves the garlic bread even though he cant eat much of it due his cheese allergy but we still love appreciate that food is always fresh thank you for always hooking my kids with the cookies and stickers thank you ..

This Little Caesar’s location never seems to have the $5 classic pepperoni at hand always makes you wait 10 or 15 minutes. Although they always do have plenty of the most’s pepperoni…lol. Selling strategy I suppose but a bit irritating when you want a quick bite to share. Crew has a bit of an attitude problem maybe retraining in people skills might help. Pizza is a fifty fifty chance here fifty you might get a fresh one fifty you might not even after waiting those 10-15 min.

Aweful service! Ordered a simple Hawaiian pizza and an order of breadsticks online arrived 20 min after my order and they’re mentioning that they barely started cooking the breadsticks and it’ll take another 10 min. It’s not the 1st time this happens. All while all you hear in the back is the employees laughing and making jokes and they are not even busy. there was only one person in the lobby! Unacceptable!

I was glad a pizza place open near my house, however after my first visit I realize I was wrong. My pizza was under cook, the cooks probably don’t care and do a bad job to avoid repeat customer, so they have less work. I found a better location to get my pizza.

Customer service sucks here. I was notified my order was ready. They told me I had to wait an extra 5-10 min for my wings. After waiting 20 min. I went back into the store, as I was walking in I was rudely told to go back outside, I told her it been 20 min since they told me my wings would be ready, they said the wings were going a second round in the oven. When I stated that my notification said my order was ready 30 min ago. She went to the back and got my wings,handed them to me with an attitude and no eye contact. They Really be making you wanna choose violence at this location. Worst customer service. My pizza was cold and there was more crust than pizza…smh… Never again!!!! They need to hire people with better attitudes.
