I went here during a weekend tournament in downtown Baton Rouge. Despite Google stating them closed, they were open and serving up good stuff! They open on weekends when events are going on. Food was very good and the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

I’ve ordered from this place multiple times and it used to be great; speedy delivery, food tastes good. However, just recently, I’ve had multiple orders go “missing” and never be delivered. It takes calling for 30-40 minutes after the order was supposed to have been delivered to maybe get somebody on the phone and 2 hours after the order was placed they finally make me a new order that I have to pick up myself. Highly disappointed in the service and its decline. Most likely won’t be ordering from them again.

Roly Poly Downtown is great if you are physically going into the restaurant. If you are ordering for delivery, it is a complete and utter disgrace. I’ve had items left out of my order several times. It’s gotten to the point where I have to put “Please do not forget my _” in the section for Special Instructions. Delivery orders are always 20-30 minutes late.
