I placed a order and never got it. I was charged and didn’t receive a refund. Sounds crazy, yet it happen. Called the store and no one answered, they left the phone off the hook. I called customer service, and they offered me two free pizzas and told me I’d have to pay for the delivery… however they said I couldn’t get a refund. I explained that the pizzas they were offering I’m basically paying for. They even said I had a point. This gets a -5 Star review. Very disappointing and dissatisfied.

I frequent this location several times a month so I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received tonight. I ordered two large pizzas at this location and used EARNED reward points for one of the pizzas. Upon arrival to pick up my order, I was notified that the order was cancelled because they were out of large pan pizzas and offered to make the order with medium pan. I was fine with that. I informed the cashier that I used my reward points for one of the pizza. She stated that the rewards will be credited back to my account and would takes a few days to post. That meant that points were not available to place the order for the replacement pizza. I told the cashier that I really needed to use the points on the order, not to mention my children were in the car waiting and hungry. She relayed my concern to the supervisor on that shift who really showed me that she could care less and relayed back to me that there was nothing that she could do to accommodate me which I know wasn’t true. You just never know what someone may be going through or what a persons/family needs are in that present moment and to be so callous and uncaring is awful. Bottom line, the order should not have been cancelled until I was notified and given the option for something that was available especially if a cancellation would completely deprive a person of the ability to use points intended for the purchase. Maybe that was all I had to feed my family tonight.

This location is awful. I avoided it for 2 years because every time I ordered from here, our pizza was under cooked and the cheese arrived still frozen on our pizzas. I decided to give them another shot Thursday night again and nothing has changed. The pizzas arrived one drowned with sauce (supposed to be regular) and the other with hardly any sauce and too much cheese. Our breadsticks looked like they barely put any of the Parmesan on it and our melts were a mess and falling out of the dough AND the incorrect side sauce was put with them. When I called, I asked for a refund and to come pick this pizza up. The woman only gave me the option to have more delivered or a $30 store credit when I spent $60. I didn’t want either, but decided to see if they could make it right and had them deliver more. It came back the same way. Only thing that came back to us better was the breadsticks. Everything else was terrible. I’m disputing with my bank since they refused to do anything about it. NEVER again. Hungry Howies is way better (and cheaper) and their pizza is always cooked correctly and fresh. AND if something is wrong, they are more than happy to fix it. Enjoy your charge back PH!

I hesitate to give 5 stars to Pizza Hut but as far as Pizza Hut goes, only 5 stars would be fair for this location. All food prepared as expected within a reasonable time and extremely friendly employee at the register. No complaints at all.
