Service was absolutely a joke. There was huge line and only one person was taking care of customers and the rest, couldn’t figure out what they were doing. All of sudden they all started to involve but randomly and started rushing the service. Burrito was not heated up properly and messed things up. My son who loves to eat here, did mot want to eat his and put it in the garbage. Because they weren’t paying attention to what to add to the order. Literally just a mess. Hope the management reads this and fix the problem

honestly the service is terrible as mentioned before, no one looks like they want to work there, atleast fake it to not make me feel so uncomfortable..

Food was really subpar. Nothing tasted like anything except for the salsa, which was way, way too spicy. I wouldn’t go back.

Restaurant closes at 10 but told us we can not sit down and eat, mind you this was at 9:15pm. Not sure if a manager approved this, but definitely not smart to turn away business. Especially in this climate. Food was still good, but horrible service.

I used to love coming here but now with new stuff you can tell they dont wanna work. Giving customers attitude and throwing foods in the bowl. Were paying for food it shouldn’t be a bother for you to service us with good experience and customer service

The meat is extremely fatty, chips are always stale, and the servings are very minimal. The food is beyond terrible. The quality has rapidly declined over the years. Never going chipotle ever again.

My chicken was very undercooked, and not seasoned at all. Seemed like todays staff consisted of younger people, they need a few lessons on how chipotle prepares their food. I literally had to recook and season my chicken to eat it …. And to think today I paid for extra chicken, very disappointed

I was racially profiled at Chipotle on River Road in Edgewater, NJ. I’ve been supporting this location for over 11 years. I order from there at least 3 times a week. For example, when I go there they ask me if I want my usual so they know me there. Tonight I noticed there was a new manager or at least he said he was the manager. My wife ordered with him last week and had never seen him there before either. I ordered two kids chicken quesadillas and was overcharged. When I questioned why was I charged for three sides he proceeded to tell me the cheese is counted as a side. As far as I know a quesadilla always has cheese. I order the same thing every time and the total is always the same. He proceeded to tell me that I had to leave or he was going to call the police. We weren’t arguing, I never threatened him, raised my voice and never became aggressive. He continued to call the police which was unnecessary because all I wanted was a good explanation of the charges. I’ve seen situations like this happen with Caucasian people at that location before and never have the police been called. Good, bad or indifferent this person is a manager representing your company and his job is supposed to be to rectify customer complaints and de-escalate them. I strongly believe this person singled us out because my wife kindly asked him last week when she was there to not laugh and speak over her food so I believe he held that against us knowing that we would return. He perpetuated a simple situation into something humiliating for me and my family by involving the police. My children were petrified because they remembered George Floyd and thought something bad was going to happen to me. Furthermore, I think Chipotle should consider more training for your employees and make better decisions on who you pick to manage your brand. For those reasons I will never go back to that Chipotle ever again because of the treatment me and my family have received there. I own a restaurant and would never, ever treat my customers this way.
