Obviously McDonald’s is McDonald’s so it’s cheap fast and mediocre food but I’m leaving 5 star review because there was a awesome girl named Alexis that works there and she had an awesome attitude and personality. She got my food out quickly and had a smile on her face the whole time. She didn’t act like the stereotypical fast food employee. Plus the food was hot. Anyways. Just wanted to give that girl a shout out.

this location consistently gives out the wrong orders, cancels food delivery orders and takes more than 15 minutes even when there are no other guests. I cannot count the number of times I have been given the wrong order or have been missing something. This location needs to be shut down

For the love of God, I have never successfully ordered anything from this McDonalds. Every time I go it’s always an excuse, mainly to do with, you guessed it, their ice dream machine being down. It doesn’t matter what time of day – afternoon or late at night. There is ALWAYS a reason why we can’t get ice cream from the machine being down, being out of powder mix, or they just aren’t serving it right now. Get it together. It’s so frustrating.

The last few times I was at the Lancaster SC location there has been a confrontation between the staff and crew due to the crew acting as if the customers complaints are not of any concern. It’s sad that my great nephew won’t get his Happy Meals due to McDonald’s errors.

I come here every week for our weekly soft drink and fries. Like others have said it’s a hit or miss with this location. The staff isn’t friendly either. I’ve noticed several times workers drinking or eating while I’m getting my order. Today I encountered the worst experience at the window getting my fries. I asked for no salt and noticed my fries had salt caked on so asked for a new batch. The gentlemen with a lot of tattoos seemed to purposely misunderstand me several times when I asked for a new batch with no salt and sarcastically asked if I wanted a batch of salt then a bag of salt. I honestly dislike confrontation but had to let him know I didn’t like his tone or treatment. I asked to speak to the manager and apparently the manager Alan was standing in the back watching the whole thing without stepping in to diffuse the situation. He also did not want to speak to me when I asked him to come to the window. I’ll just make purchases at the McDonald’s in sun valley, their wait is sometimes longer but their service is consistent. Actually drove to it right after this encounter to get a new batch of fries because the one this location gave me still had salt.

Waited 30 minutes for food, saw my number come and go on the screen. Somehow my order got dropped into the backrooms or something, because when I asked about it, they had nothing to say. Had to wait an 5 additional minutes at the counter to ask about my order before anyone came to my assistance. Not like I should expect much from a gas station McDonalds, but this place’s quality has declined significantly throughout the years. Terrible.

Ordered my food… got a Big Mac meal and a McFlurry. I ordered extra Oreos cause, who doesn’t like Oreos? Right? Well, I got the McFlurry and the oreos were in there like a garnish. Not mixed up, and barely any in there. I ordered extra, but clearly I don’t get it my way, even tho I paid. I asked if mixing McFlurry’s is no longer a thing (I can clearly see the mixer) and the employee said “ummm… no.” I said I got extra oreos too, and they just walked away. And these people want $15 an hour? For what?

It’s like one day they get my order right, and they hook up the fudge. There also polite and great, then the next time I get rude mean people and they barely put any hot fudge on our mcflurrys. I give it 4 days some days, then 2 other days…good luck. Hope you hit the good days…
