For our first experience we loved it here! Their tacos with carne asada were amazing and filling, and we also tried their Nebraska burrito and added their queso as a topping. It was delicious! They serve complimentary salsa and chips, and you will want seconds! Their restaurant salsa has a little spice, which we loved! The price was also right and service very friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!

Went on a Sunday for an early dinner. I had 2 frozen peach margaritas. Complimentary chips and salsa were good but the chimichungas were super delicious. Good portion. If you want good food and a good buzz, go to Mi Familia.

I consider this to be one of the best, if not arguably the best Mexican food offered in Sioux City and South Sioux City. Delicious, nicely trimmed meat selections. There is a difference in what I order, depending on if I’m taking out, or sitting in the restaurant to eat. I strongly recommend only eating Carnitas inside of the restaurant, if you’re a sauce eater. I was disappointed when getting it to go. ☹️ The portions are extremely generous on your to go items however. The staff is extremely friendly and this restaurant is definitely worth the visit!

We visited last week on our house hunting trip to move to Sioux City. I had the best chicken quesadilla I’ve ever had! My husband’s meal was great, too (I forgot what he ordered though). They were extremely busy on a Wednesday night, but our server was on it. He was fantastic! We will be back for sure.
