Good food. Portions are small, but is good. Location is great. Outside eating downstairs and inside eating upstairs. Staff has been super friendly and accommodating every time we’ve been here. Can’t beat the view and it’s pet friendly. Can’t really think of any cons other than the portions being small. Anytime we are in the vicinity, we always make time to stop by.

Stopped in for a quick drink and appetizer and to get out of the sun for a bit. The atmosphere was nice and laid back. Really enjoyed the 2nd floor shaded outdoor patio. The ocean breeze and view were amazing. Grace provided outstanding service and recommended the newly added conch fritters. The portion was well worth the price. I highly recommend them and will have them again on my next visit.

I come over from Orlando to eat Lobster Reubens a few times a year and today was the best visit yet. The restaurant and team seemed to be upgraded from my last few visits and the bartender upstairs, Brandon, was a gem. I brought an out of town guest this trip and Brandon delivered the hype. Can’t wait to come back again!

The view was really nice and our waiter was nice but the food wasn’t really worth the price. It was pretty expensive and they were out of a lot of food. We were really excited for our drink bucket though and expected it to be bigger due to the $20 price but it wasn’t that big, posted a pic for size comparison. It was kind of just one thing after another it took forever to be able to pay and they handed us an empty bottle of mustard.

My first time at Sands on the beach and our server Brandon was phenomenal!! Attentive and polite we felt extremely welcomed. The sands burger was cooked to perfection and my strawberry margaritas were on point! I was surprised to have a charming and handsome server! Thank god the ladies have something to look at too!!!

Sitting on the upper floor at the seats facing the ocean is recommended. Awesome views! Food is better than expected for a bar-type of place. Ex. The humus platter is above average with excellent sides. Manager saw us trying to find 2 seats facing the water, but none were available, so we sat at a nearby table with far less view. He came to our table and said he’d make room on the row of seats facing the water & he did! Great place.

Absolutely wonderful rustic appearance and atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent. The first place this week that knows how to make a rum runner. No kids on 2nd floor was a plus. Joana was a great waitress. Kitchen staff was very accommodating.
